NOVALPS est composée de quatre notaires associés et leurs équipes dédiées et anglophones, pour vous accompagner dans vos projets immobiliers, familiaux et de financement.
The notary's office is located in Saint Jean d'Aulps and Morzine center, in the heart of the Portes du Soleil, close to the ski resorts of Morzine-Avoriaz, Les Gets and Grande-Terche.
Our team consists of four associate notaries, accompanied by professional, English-speaking associates, ready to support and advise you in the following areas:

Established in the valley for several centuries, our law firm was created by the merger of the Morzine, Biot and Saint Jean d'Aulps offices (established respectively in 1607, 1679 and 1782). We hold the minutes and archives of Maîtres André WORMSER (1949-1983), Gabriel LACONDEMINE (1943-1949), Charles PICHON (1938-1943) and Claudius DELALE (1923-1938).
Proud of our heritage, we also make available to you the modern tools of our profession: electronic signature since April 2012, videoconferencing installed in 2016, and management of all the profession's dematerialisation projects.

Our people
Diploma(s) : Higher Diploma in Notaries
Clément JACQUIER joined our firm in 2005 with five years' experience in Grenoble notarial offices.
A partner since February 2006, he puts his expertise in private international law at the service of English-speaking clients.
An accomplished generalist, he will also be able to advise you on family law, real estate law, property development and asset management.
Gaël MUFFAT joined our firm in 2004, after five years' experience in a notary's office in the French Genevan area.
He became a partner in February 2006, and his expertise in town planning law naturally led him to property development.
Very involved in local life, he will be able to provide you with effective support for your property and estate planning projects.

Agnès BAUD joined our firm in 2005, after working for six years as a lawyer in a property leasing company.
An associate notary since 2018, she obtained her Diplôme Supérieur du Notariat (DSN) in 2017.
Thanks to her skills in private international law, she also assists our English-speaking clients.
Agnès BAUD is available to assist you in family law, real estate law, property development and asset management.
